A few honest questions for you 🤍
we move through life so quickly that we never stop long enough to answer them honestly
السلام عليكم friend,
I wanted to ask you a few simple questions today.
Not because I expect you to reply.
But because sometimes we move through life so quickly that we never stop long enough to answer them honestly.
1. Where are you right now?
Not physically.
Emotionally.
Mentally.
Spiritually.
If you had to describe your current season in one sentence, what would it be?
Maybe you're constantly anxious.
Maybe you're exhausted from overthinking.
Maybe you feel disconnected from yourself.
Maybe you're carrying something you've never spoken about.
Or maybe you're simply tired of surviving.
Whatever it is, name it.
You can't heal what you refuse to acknowledge.
2. Where do you actually want to be?
Imagine six months from now.
If Allah answered every dua you've been quietly making about your emotional wellbeing...
What would your life look like?
Would you wake up with a calmer heart?
Would you stop replaying every conversation in your mind?
Would you finally feel present with your family?
Would your salah feel lighter?
Would you have peace instead of constant worry?
Take a moment to picture her.
Because that version of you matters.
3. What's standing between those two versions of you?
Be honest with yourself.
Is it fear?
Not knowing where to begin?
Trying to heal alone?
Putting everyone else before yourself?
Believing this is simply "how you'll always be"?
Sometimes the hardest part of healing isn't knowing what to do.
It's believing change is actually possible.
If you've been reading my emails for a while, you already know that healing doesn't happen overnight.
But it also doesn't happen by waiting for the "right time."
Sometimes the bravest thing we can do is ask for support.
At the moment, I have three spaces available for 1:1 coaching.
This is for Muslim women who are ready to move beyond simply coping and want practical, faith-centred support to work through anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and the patterns keeping them stuck.
If you feel that now might be your time, simply reply to this email with the word "COACHING", and I'll send you all the details.
Whether we work together or not, my dua for you is the same.
May Allah replace your anxiety with sakinah, your heaviness with ease, and your uncertainty with complete trust in Him.
With love and duas,
Noorain
